  • What do I need to know about Individual Leasing?

    The individual lease is one of the latest changes in student housing! With this type of lease, you are only responsible for your student's rent. You're not liable for the roommates' rent at all! Unlike a traditional lease or a joint lease, if your roommate transfers or graduates, you have nothing to worry about.

  • Is Renter’s Insurance required and why?

    In our efforts to continue striving to create a safer living environment for your son or daughter, we now require all residents to carry an active renter's insurance policy during their lease term. Requiring renter’s insurance has become a common practice throughout both on and off-campus student apartments to adequately protect student's belongings such as text books, phones, electronics and other valuables. Our research has found that most of these items, if damaged or stolen, fall under your homeowner's deductible so there is no coverage in place. A renter's insurance policy also works to protect you from liability exposure created while your child is away from home such as negligent damage to the apartment unit, negligent damage to another resident's property or even injuries to guests while visiting. Renter's insurance provides peace of mind and protection from the unforeseen events that sometimes occur. 

  • Does Midtown offer Roommate Matching?

    Midtown 905 offers FREE Roommate Matching to our residents. Your student won't have to worry about finding a roommate online or flyering the entire campus. We'll do the work for you and all they have to do is simply fill out a questionnaire!

  • Are the apartments fully furnished?

    Don't worry about hiring movers or renting a truck, we have fully-furnished units here at Midtown 905! The days of moving a bed up a flight of stairs are long gone... just bring your personal items and you're set!

  • All of our residents and their guarantors have access to their property's online resident portal, helping you and them keep up to date with their life at Midtown 905. You or your student can pay rent online via checking or savings account, set up automatic monthly payments, and submit maintenance requests, all with just a few clicks of your mouse!

  • When is my rent due?

    Rent is always due the 1st of the month. You can pay up front (due August 1st), in semester installments (due August 1st and January 1st), or in twelve installments (due August 1st and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months).

  • How do I receive mail and packages?

    Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox on the Midtown 905 property. All packages are delivered to the front office and then an email from our office is sent to the resident for them to pick it up!

  • What do I need to bring to my new apartment?

    We suggest that you bring:

    • Bedding for a full-sized bed and pillow tops or egg crates
    • Toiletries
    • Dishes/Cookware
    • Decorations to make your new apartment feel like home!
  • What furniture is provided?

    The fully furnished options comes with a full XL-sized bed, large desk and chair, and dresser. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, coffee table, end table, dining room table with chairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, barstools, washer & dryer, microwave and full size oven and stove.
